Presentation of my first book: Love yourself well and you will be right

Hi I want to share with you something very special to me. It’s hard for me to tell because I hardly believe it, I don’t even know how, one day this Christmas I decided to write an “action book/notebook”. I am not a writer, it is not a book to use, I wanted to do something different, practical, affordable, a work tool, a resource for everyone and beautiful, very beautiful because MarilynFernández’s illustrations are wonderful; We got this action book that collects a large part of my work, of my way of accompanying, of the resources that have served me and my clients so much.

A wonderful tool to learn to truly love yourself.
