My passion is to accompany people who feel something inside is calling them to live differently. People who have spent years putting others first, who have learned to silence their needs and now need space to listen to themselves, acknowledge themselves, and begin to allow themselves to BE.
Many come to me with anxiety, fear, a constant feeling of being indebted to everything and everyone. With guilt.
My work is to help you look at this without judgment. To see yourself as I see you: calmly, lovingly, without demands.
What happens in my sessions isn’t a technique; it’s much more. It’s a presence. It’s opening a space where you can begin to breathe, to give yourself permission to feel what you feel, to BE WHO YOU truly ARE.
From there, yes: the change begins. Not because you need to fix yourself, but because you are finally seeing yourself in a more loving and understanding way through your own eyes.
